The artist work is 5 star. The company gets 1 star. I have no real problem with the artist work, but I feel sorry for them having to deal with this company because their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I don't think anyone works in customer service. I think all the customer service complaints get sent to one computer and whomever happens to walk by and check that computer on a weekly basis tries to handle any complaints. They sent me an email confirming my order without an actual invoice attached. They completely ignored my request for one. Instead, I was sent an email stating my items had shipped that had pictures of what I had ordered. The items didn't actually ship for 3 more days. Only then did they respond to my request for an invoice. I will never order from this company again.

It looks more like a house cat than a tiger, but it's ok and the clothing is fine.
